WeRobots belong to the new Emaar Customer Care team within one of Emaar’s business premises in Dubai. So far Emaar is the only real estate developer who serves his customers with the support of interactive service robots. WeRobots greet customers when they walk in the building and offer information and guidance to customers. During peak times, WeRobots even issues token numbers by sms to customers’ mobile numbers in order to avoid queues. Emaar constantly improves its customer satisfaction with sophisticated measures.
